A US Marine Corps veteran, Steve also earned his degree at Millersville University before working in international sales for a global company. The company forced Steve into a role of solving problems for large process customers all across the U.S. The interaction was in the field with the installers and with the executive staff with business details.
In 1996, he started his first real business, Rotay Technical Solutions (RTS), and sold industrial automation and installation.
In 2000, Steve bought a Paul Davis Franchise-it was just him and a truck. He grew the business to 150 people and 60 vehicles when he sold it in 2015 and agreed to stay on as consultant/partner for another 3 years. The company remained in the top 5 offices in the country.
In 2018 Rotay Capital Finance was established offering businesses financial options to traditional banking. The company has provided creative solutions to numerous business across the U.S. while growing the office in Central PA. The office continues to expand into various niches in business financing with the staff becoming experts in their field.
In 2020, the RedBox+ franchise was added to the services provided by the company. RedBox+ offers a patented dumpster and portable toilet service.
Steve grew up in Bridgeport, PA but has lived in Lancaster, PA since 1988 with his wife Melissa. They have 2 grown daughters.
Steve’s hobby is really business; He enjoy all aspects of business. Being engaged with other business professional provides interest and challenges his many years of experience.
However, he does spend lots of time with a small circle of family on his “down time.” It really doesn’t matter what they’re doing, just being together is enough. Finally, anything around water brings peace to Steve- boating, fishing, relaxing.
Over the last decade, Steve’s volunteer efforts have been focused around events and charitable contributions. A multitude of non-profits in the Lancaster County area have benefited from Steve and Melissa’s personal or financial contribution over the last decade. Either through their personal efforts or via companies he has operated. Since starting and growing a local business, Steve and his family have contributed well into seven figures in charitable contributions and efforts. Steve’s mantra developed when he first established his professional career, “Success is being part of a community, not just taking from it.” Lives on today.
Steve has competed in a “Fireman’s Challenge” event to raise money for Fire Companies.

After studying English/Communications at WVU, Kelly worked for 5 years in Medical Office Management. Moving to Colorado prompted an opening into the Hospitality Industry where she spent 6 years in Revenue Management and Sales. Upon moving to PA, the Muscular Dystrophy Association utilized her sales, management and hospitality expertise to oversee the coordination of their growing programing and fundraising needs.

Music – avid concert goer – mostly 90’s alternative rock, but good music is good music no matter the genre. Once went to 3 concerts in one week!
Theater – season subscriber to the Fulton Theater & try to get to at least 2-3 Broadway plays per year
Any outdoor activity with the family. Playing, gardening, hiking, kayaking, camping – you name it. We are our happiest when we are outside (preferably at the beach or in the mountains)!
Volunteered as a mentor for local single/homeless moms at Bridge of Hope Lancaster
Also volunteers her time at her children’s school when she can.
Was present (and had to coordinate and corral guests and staff) for the filming of a Ghost Hunters episode at the Historic Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO while she was a manager there.

A US Army veteran, Scott served as an Intelligence Analyst within the NSA. After earning his degree at York College of PA, he began a career in sales and marketing and has over 30 years of experience developing business for automotive, construction, educational institutions, hospitality, manufacturing, and more.
For 12 years, he led the development efforts of 2 start-up marketing and advertising agencies as a director and strategist, working with recognizable brands such as Advance Auto Parts, Mars Wrigley, New Holland Agriculture, Valvoline Oil, Turkey Hill Dairy, Coventry Health, and Herr Foods.
Scott and his wife Teri live in Lancaster, PA and have two grown sons, one energetic rescue dog, and two lazy cats.
Scott is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys trail running, hiking, camping, fishing, bow hunting, and travel. He also designs and creates furniture and artwork from reclaimed wood and recycled products.
Outside of work he has invested his time and resources in many community-based and not-for-profit organizations, serving roles such as a youth sports coach and mentor, strategic consultant, fundraiser, activities coordinator, booster club president, and event coordinator.

Carl was educated at Hamilton College and Lehigh University earning undergraduate degrees history and economics and graduate degrees in accounting and finance, respectively. This education launched his commercial banking career that would span some 5 decades long-beginning in Philadelphia with a predecessor bank to PNC Bank.
Mid-career, he moved to Montana from Philadelphia to embrace an outdoor lifestyle and spent 6 years as president of a small bank in Bozeman. Carl then became the Chief Finance Officer at Simms – a world renown Fly-fishing equipment manufacturer. This opportunity proved to be an invaluable experience, strategically complementing his storied banking career. Returning to PA, Carl continued in banking until he joined the Rotay Team. You might say Carl’s wealth of experience is an appreciated asset at Rotay Capital Finance.
Carl has lived in Lancaster, PA for the past 16 years, and his family consists of a married daughter and son and two granddaughters, all currently residing in Montana. Both of his children have graduate degrees.
Carl is an avid outdoorsman who has enjoyed hiking and alpine skiing and is an accomplished Fly fisherman, having traveled the world to pursue his passion.
Carl has been a member of many worthwhile initiatives over the years, from Junior Achievement, United Way, Rotary, Bozeman MT Orchestra to various economic development non-profit organizations.
For 10 years Carl and a few other jazz aficionados produced an annual Jazz Concert, attracting many jazz greats to a remote corner of southwestern Montana.

Rob received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and his MBA in Finance, both from Stetson University. He is also a graduate from RMA Commercial Lending School in Philadelphia in 2014. He spent nearly 7 years in commercial banking at a variety of local, regional, and national banks prior to joining the Rotay Capital Finance team.
Originally from just outside Boston, Rob and his wife Meredith live in Lancaster, PA and recently welcomed their first child early this year when their daughter Mackenzie was born. They also have two Cavalier King Charles dogs at home.
Robert and his family still visit New England often, exploring different coastal towns while they are there. During his off time, Rob supports local restaurants, cafes, and bars. He enjoys golfing and is still an avid sports fan for all Boston teams.
Rob spent time on the Board of Directors for Lancaster Young Professionals in a variety of Board, committee, and other volunteer roles. He also volunteered with various Junior Achievement programs for several years.

Josh graduated college from Northland International University with a bachelors in sports management. He worked for the sports franchise Soccer Shots and considered owning a franchise but instead, completed the One Life Entrepreneurship Program and gained valuable experience working for a small business before entering the real estate arena as an agent for Berkshire Hathaway. Josh also invests in several investment properties.
Josh grew up in South Jersey, but has lived in Lancaster, PA for the past 6 years with his wife Meredith, 3-year old Polly, 1-year old Trip, and one more on the way in January. Busy times for the Netz family!
They are moving to be closer to family in Greenville, South Carolina, where Josh will be covering southern territories for RCF.
Most hobbies for Josh lately are centered around family events. They enjoy their annual beach trip with the family, taking the kids on bike rides and hikes, and playing soccer or any sport, really.
Josh and his wife were very active in their church in Lancaster with Meredith singing on the worship team and Josh active in the men’s ministry leadership team. Their small group would do various service projects around Lancaster County throughout the year: Water Street missions, GAIN meal packing, peoples yard work, etc. They plan to continue their church and outreach activities once settled into their new home in SC.
Josh is a pretty good juggler: both with a Soccer ball and three balls juggling.
